This property is currently zoned R-15 (One Family Residence) and C-1A (Limited Commercial) and the proposed zoning is RM-1 (Medium Density Residential) (The First Reading of the proposed ordinance was accomplished during the Council Meeting of April 24, 2006.) (Tabled during the Council Meeting of September 11, 2006)
