1260 West North Street (Hazlettville Road): Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless of Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania have applied to the City of Dover Zoning Board of Adjustment requesting a variance form the IPM (Industrial Park Manufacturing) Zoning District Bulk Requirements (Article 4 ? 4.16) to allow construction of a 345 square feet equipment shelter on the existing nonconforming parcel of land at 1260 West North Street that will not comply with the side yard setback requirements.? Specifically the applicant is requesting a variance of thirty-eight (38) feet of the required easterly side yard of forty (40) feet.? The proposed equipment shelter is an accessory use to the applicant proposed conforming telecommunications antennae.?

The subject property is 0.34 acres and is located due south of the Enterprise Place and West North Street intersection.? Subject property is Tax Parcel ID # ED-05-076.00-01-11.00-000.? The owner of record is the City of Dover.
