 3.    Annexation/Rezoning Request - Property Located on the South Side of Chestnut Grove Road, West of Kenton Road Containing 50.8+/- Acres, Owned by Chestnut Grove Farm, L.P. (Recommended for referral to the Utility Committee on January 27, 2004, that a Referendum be held on January 29, 2004, and that a Public Hearing be set for February 9, 2004 at 7:30 p.m.)

       A.   Adoption of Resolution - Setting of Annexation Referendum for January 29, 2004 at 11:00 a.m.

       B.   First Reading of Rezoning Ordinance - The present zoning classification is RS1 - Single Family Residence (Kent County) and the proposed zoning classification is RM-1 - Medium Density Residence Zone (City of Dover)
