Seok H. & In Ja Yoon have applied ?to the City of Dover Zoning Board of Adjustment requesting variances from the fifteen-foot (15) minimum side yard setback for principal structures (Article 4 ? 4.14- C-1A Limited Commercial). The applicants are proposing a minor subdivision of two previously existing lots located at 1015 and 1019 South Governors Avenue where the existing structures encroach 10 feet and 5 feet respectively.? The setback variances are requested to allow the applicant to apply to the Planning Commission for Minor Subdivision Approval. Subject property is a combination of two individual properties recorded September 21, 1999 creating a sixty four hundredths (0.64) acre ? parcel located approximately two hundred and thirty nine feet (250) south of the intersection of Wyoming Avenue and South Governors Avenue, and known as 1015 and 1019 South Governors Avenue. The owners of record are Seok H. & In Ja Yoon.

The City of Dover Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday July 17, 2003 at 10:00 AM in the Council Chambers of City Hall to receive public testimony and consider this request.
