A. Annexation - Property located at 1100 Forrest Avenue, owned by Shirley M. Moore (Equitable Owner - Cardiology Consultants, P.A.)
5. Rezoning - Final Reading
Property located at 104, 106, and 128 Saulsbury Road, owned by Edward J. Troise, Sr. The property is currently zoned C-3 (Service Commercial) and the proposed zoning is I/O (Institutional and Office). The First Reading of the proposed rezoning ordinance was accomplished during the Council Meeting of January 14, 2002 and the Public Hearing was held on March 11, 2002 (Council tabled until the Regular Council Meeting on June 10, 2002)
6. Final Reading - Proposed Ordinances
The First Reading of the following proposed ordinances was accomplished during the Council Meeting of June 24, 2002. Copies of the proposed ordinances are available at the entrance of the Council Chambers.
