     Just click on the appropriate link labeled for the bill which you would like to view and/or pay to be taken to that specific portal.

    ** For those who receive an electronic bill, paper bills will no longer be sent. You can still access a copy of your bill online, anytime! 

      Please note: Starting Sept. 1, 2025 a $3.75 fee applies to credit/debit payments. Avoid fees by using auto-pay, bank bill pay, check, or cash. In person payments are welcome at 5 E. Reed Street, Dover, De 19901
