SPECIAL MEETING

July 28, 1930

Meeting was called to order by President Woodford with the following members present: LeFevere, Hinkle, Frear, Downes, Burton, & Clark.

PETITION FOR BUILDING

The application of C. Paul George applying to Council for permission to build an office and bottling plant on South State Street was read by the Clerk. After hearing comments both for an against said application the Council, upon motion of LeFevere & Downes, refused to grant said permit.

ADJOURNMENT

Council adjourned at 3:30 P.M.
