REGULAR MEETING

April 2, 1930

Meeting was called to order by Pres. Woodford at 2:30 P.M. with the following members present Messrs. Clark, Hinkle, Burton, Downes & Frear.

TAX RATE FOR 1930

Upon motion of Messrs. Downes & Frear the tax rate for the year of 1930 was made 95¢ per $100.00.

RESOLUTIONS

Resolutions passed that the City would give Mr. C. B. Hope hard surfaced street from new Gov. Ave. boulevard to State St. in return for right of way across his lands for said boulevard.

Also that the Highway Dep’t will not be expected to put down sidewalks along highway on Gov. Ave. passed upon motion of Messrs. Burton & Hinkle.
