Meeting was called to order by Acting Chairman Burton, with the following members of the finance committee present; Messrs. Downes and LeFevre.
BIDS FOR BONDS
Bids for $50,000 worth of legally issued 4½ % bonds of the Town of Dover, Dover, Delaware dated July 1st, 1927 and maturing July 1, 1957, redeemable by the Town at par and accrued interest at any interest period after July 1, 1932, were received, opened, and read before Council by Chairman Burton.

Farmers Bank of Dover, Delaware being the high bidder on these bonds the whole issue of $50,000 was sold to the said Farmers Bank to be delivered on Monday July 2, 1928. Interest to be paid at rate of 4½ % from July 1st.
