SPECIAL MEETING

June 25, 1928

Meeting was called to order by President Woodford at 7:30 P.M. the following members present; Messrs. Clark, Clements, Burton, Keith, Downes and Hinkle.

SELLING OF BONDS

Upon motion of Messrs. Keith and Clements, Council authorized preparation and selling of $50,000 worth of bonds for Street and Sewer Improvement.

BILLS FOR STREET FRONTAGE

Upon motion of Messrs. Keith and Clark, Council instructed Clerk to render bills for street frontage of improved streets completed one-third due now, one-third second year and one-third the third year and to make special offer of 5% off entire bill if same is paid within thirty days from date of bill.

RUNNING GRADES

Council instructed Clerk J. O. Willis to engage Mr. Joseph Hoskins, Surveyor to run curb and gutter line and grade on Cecil Street and Hazel Road.
