REGULAR MEETING

September 1, 1927

Meeting called to order at 7:30 P.M. by President Woodford, with the following members present: Messrs. Hinkle, Clark, LeFevre, Downes, Burton, Frear, Clements and Keith.

PURPOSE OF MEETING

The purpose of the meeting being to decide upon the dimensions and number of streets to pave. It was decided upon motion that the bid of contractor Mr. E. R. Mixner as modified by his agreement be made by Mr. C. D. Buck, Highway Engineer to reduce his price on Amiesite to $1.45 per square yard.

That this be accepted for the following specifications on the following named streets; on condition that contractor do this work at the proportionate rate specified in his bid.

Mr. Woodford was given authority to present this proposition to Mr. Buck and Mr. Mixner and report their decision at the next meeting.
