Members present, President Woodford, Messrs. Burton, Downes, LeFevre, and Clark.

Bond Issue

The Meeting was called to order by the president for the purpose of borrowing ($5,000.00) on the Farmers Bank at Dover Del.

On motion of Messrs. Burton & LeFevre the President was instructed to draw a bond of ($5,000.00) on the Farmers Bank at Dover for 60 days from this date, same to be executed by the Clerk of the Town of Dover and the seal of the said corporation.
