SPECIAL MEETING

April 23, 1926

The Meeting was called to order by the President at 11:45 A.M. with the following members present. President Woodford, Messrs. Clements, Clark, LeFevre, Downes.

Upon motion of Col. LeFevre and Mr. Clements Council was authorized to borrow $8,000.00 for thirty days (on the credit of the Town of Dover) from the Farmers Bank of Dover, Del. same to be applied on the New Street Lighting Contract.
