SPECIAL MEETING
January 18, 1926
Members present, President Woodford, Messrs. LeFevre, Burton, Frear, Keith, Clements, Clark & Hinkle.
The meeting was called for the purpose of planning the construction of new sewer for the Kent General Hospital.
Council after hearing from several members of the Hospital Committee agreed to and adopted the following resolution, of messrs. LeFevre & Keith.
“That the Sewer Committee is authorized to secure bids for the construction of sewer 200 feet east of State Street along Tar Ditch, and South on State Street to Hope Street.”
The President announced a Special Meeting would be held in the Council Chamber Friday evening January 22, 1926 for the purpose of receiving the bids on the new Street Lighting Job.
