SPECIAL MEETING

December 21, 1925

Members present: Woodford, Downes, LeFevre, Burton, Clark, Clements, Hinkle and Keith.

Upon motion of Messrs. LeFevre and Downes, the President and the Secretary of Council were authorized to execute bond for $8,000 for 30 days, this amount being sufficient until the additional $25,000 bonds could be sold.

The question of lighting West Street to Wyoming Avenue was left with Mr. Shank for investigation.

Council authorized Mr. Shank to have the direct pipe lines to Wells 3 & 4 fixed at once, and also to have Wells #1 & 2 concreted at the bottom, with the suggestion that Mr. Newton do this work on a cost plus basis.
