SPECIAL –MEETING
Dover, Delaware, May 1, 1922
Town Council met on May 1st, 1922, it being the first Monday in May, at one o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of holding a court of appeals. Said meeting was kept open from one o’clock P. M. until four o’clock in the afternoon for the purpose of hearing and determining appeals from the assessment and the making of corrections of, additions to or alterations in the assessment.
All appeals presented were noted by Council and action thereon deferred until 7:30 P. M. of same day.
The following members were present: President Magee, Messrs. Hopkins, Bice, Clements, Clark and Burton.
On motion, The Council recessed to meet in regular session at 7:30 P. M.
