Council met at 7:30 P. M. with the following members present. Messrs. Burton, Downes Caulk and the President.

No quorum being present, after some general discussion relative to the work in progress the meeting adjourned on motion of Messrs. Downes and Caulk to meet at 7:30 P. M. Friday evening.
