Dover, Delaware, March 27, 1921.

A Special Meeting of the Town Council was held at 7:30 P. M. with the following members present; Messrs. Magee, Hopkins, Burton, Clark, Hancock, Bice.

The object of the meeting was to open bids for the improvements to the Light and Water Plant.

Engineers of the Robbins Hose Company Sworn in by President of Council:

The President of Council swore in the following: duly elected engineers of the Robbins Hose Company:

Bids on Stack Opened: The following sealed bids on the proposed new stack were opened:

On motion of Messrs. Hopkins and Hancock the bids on stacks, boilers, and pumps ere referred to the Water and Light Committee for their inspection and consideration with instructions to report back to Council at the regular meeting, April 4th.

Council Decides to Install Two Boilers: After the Water and Light Committee had made the recommendation that two Tubular Water Tube Boilers should be installed, Council to voted on motion made by Messrs. Burton and Bice.

Adjournment: On motion of Messrs. Hopkins and Bice Council voted to adjourn.
