Dover, Delaware Jan. 24^th, 1921.

A special meeting of Council was held at 7:30 P. M. with the following members present: Mr. Magee, Mr. L.J. Hayes, Mr. Hopkins, Mr. T. V. Keith, and Mr. Clark.

The President of Council stated that a matter of legislation authorizing the Town of Dover to issue bonds to the extent of $30,000. for civic improvements had been presented to the legislature, and Council discussed in general of matters concerning the Towns needs etc., for the coming fiscal year.

The question of amending the Town charter by striking out the “Male” and increasing the taxation from $8000 to $12,000. was informally discussed.

There being no business before Council, on motion of Messrs Hayes and Hopkins Council adjourned.
