Regular meeting of Council met at 7:30 P. M. with the following members present: Burton, Caulk, J. C. Hayes and Magee.

There being no quorum on motion of Messrs Hayes and Burton Council adjourned to meet on Tuesday July 6^th, at the regular hour.
