1. Public Hearing - Full-Time or Part-Time Mayor for the City of Dover
Please note, the following public hearing guidelines were adopted by City Council for these hearings:
1. Written testimony may given to the City Clerk’s Office to be distributed to Council for review prior to the hearing;
2. A sign-up sheet will be available 15 minutes prior to the hearing for those citizens that wish to speak;
3. Citizens may contact the City Clerk’s Office at 736-7008 or e-mail at Jgreen@Dover.DE.US to be placed on the sign-up sheet;
4. At commencement of the meeting, the sign-up sheet will be delivered to the Council President and only those that appear on the list will be given the opportunity to speak;
5. Each speaker will be given three (3) minutes for their comments.
