SPECIAL MEETING

September 21, 1964

A Special Meeting of City Council was held Monday, September 21, 1964 at 7:30 P.M. with Mayor Carroll presiding. Councilmen present were Messrs. Biggs, Harris, Hayes, Holpp, Hughes, Massey, Smith and Walls.

The meeting was called because of the need of appointing someone to carry out the duties of City Manager during the absence of Mr. Ward due to illness. On motion of Mr. Massey, seconded by Mr. Walls, Council by unanimous vote appointed City Clerk Neylan as Acting City Manager during the absence of Mr. Ward.

Council adjourned at 7:45 P.M.
