SPECIAL MEETING

January 3, 1945

A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Dover was held on the 3^rd day of January, 1945. The Meeting was called to order at 4:00 P.M. by Mayor Woodford and on roll call the following members answered “Present”: Messrs. Keith, Burton, Hartnett, Vane and Hinkle.

PURPOSE OF MEETING

The Mayor explained to the City Council that the purpose of this meeting was in regards to the general City Tax Assessment.

After some discussion, Mayor Woodford appointed Councilman Thomas V. Keith to review the Assessment list with the City Assessor Thomas E. Baker and adjust the list accordingly.

ADJOURNMENT

Council adjourned at 4:50 P.M.
