Biographical Information

Originally from Harrisburg, PA, Jordan is dedicated to advancing civic engagement, and systemic change. As Sr. Manager of Community Engagement & Events at the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce, he leads the planning and execution of signature, policymaker, and economic development events while fostering meaningful engagement with its members and external community.

A two-time graduate of Delaware State University, Jordan earned his Master of Public Administration and Bachelor of Science in Forensic Biology. His leadership extends into public service as a Field Organizer for then-Congresswoman Lisa Blunt Rochester’s historic U.S. Senate campaign, where he mobilized thousands of voters and coordinated large-scale engagement efforts. He also served as a two-time White House HBCU Scholar, as well as the first student appointed to DSU’s Board of Trustees Student Affairs Committee, shaping policies to improve campus life.

As Ambassador for Delaware’s Racial Equity Consortium, Jordan works to advocate and advance policy solutions for Black and Brown communities. He also serves on the Board of Bro2Go Inc. (PA) and Advisor to the Key 83 Foundation, leading mentorship and scholarship initiatives for youth. A multifaceted visionary, Jordan is committed to cultivating the next generation of leaders and positioning Delaware as a national model for equity, innovation, and impact. Outside of his professional work, Jordan values time with his family, enjoys watching Marvel films, and stays deeply rooted in his faith.
