PUBLIC NOTICE
Downtown Dover Mobility Center – Truck Delivery Test Run
Tuesday, September 22, 2026 | 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

As part of ongoing construction of the Downtown Dover Mobility Center, the Downtown Dover Partnership will be conducting a truck delivery test run on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

The test run is being performed in preparation for upcoming large construction material deliveries and will be used to evaluate planned truck routes, turning movements, and site access.

Motorists should anticipate intermittent traffic and temporary traffic impacts at the following locations:

• Division Street, in the area of Bradford Street
• Bradford Street, between Division Street and Loockerman Street
• Loockerman Street, in the area of Bradford Street

Traffic control personnel will be present to assist with truck movements and maintain safe travel through the area.

Motorists are encouraged to use caution and allow additional travel time when traveling through the area between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
