Thank you for patience as we make great progress in the construction of the Downtown Dover Mobility Center. The Downtown Dover Partnership is advising of material deliveries affecting traffic and parking to begin around October 14 - details are below.

PUBLIC NOTICE

Downtown Dover Mobility Center – Construction Deliveries

Anticipated October 14 – December 1, 2026

As construction of the Downtown Dover Mobility Center continues, the Downtown Dover Partnership is advising motorists and the surrounding community of large construction material deliveries anticipated to begin on or around October 14, 2026, and continue through approximately December 1, 2026.

Deliveries are anticipated to occur at a frequency of approximately one truck per hour between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Actual delivery times and frequency may vary based on construction activities, transportation conditions, and other factors.

Motorists should anticipate intermittent truck traffic and temporary traffic impacts at the following locations:

• Division Street, in the area of Bradford Street
• Bradford Street, between Division Street and Loockerman Street
• Loockerman Street, in the area of Bradford Street

Traffic control personnel will be present to assist with truck movements and maintain safe travel through the area. Motorists are encouraged to use caution and allow additional travel time when traveling through the area between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
