Taking care of our city Parks!

Construction continues at Dover Park (White Oak Rd) on the community center, spray pad and all accessible playground. We are looking forward to opening these new amenities in 2026. The Dog Park and the Do It Yourself Skatepark Park are open and located in Schutte Park!! Plans for a larger Skatepark are still in progress.  Be sure to check back for updates on these and other park upgrades.  


Due to construction projects in Dover Park, we have temporarily suspended park events/pavilion rentals. We will resume once construction projects are completed.

Annual Egg Hunt- March 28th 10:00- 1:00 PM (Egg hunt @11:30am)

**NEW LOCATION- Legislative Mall**

The City of Dover is excited to join our local Police Department this year and partner 

with them for our annual Easter egg hunt. The event will be located at 411 Legislative Ave.

Easter bunny, bounce house, face painting, food trucks, Basketball courts, & live music.
