2026 Open Enrollment: May 4th -15th, 2026

IMPORTANT FAQS:

• This is an ACTIVE enrollment year. All employees are required to take action during Open Enrollment, even if you are not making changes to your current benefits.
• You must log into the benefits portal to either elect or waive/decline coverage for the upcoming plan year.
• All elections must be completed online through the new benefits portal platform.
• NO PAPER FORMS OR EMAILED DOCUMENTS will be accepted (except for 457 Retirement).  All required documentation must be uploaded directly into the benefits portal.
• The OPEN ENROLLMENT deadline is May 15, 2026. No enrollment or changes will be accepted after this date.
• 457 Retirement changes are the only benefit elections not processed through the benefits portal this year.
